Trying to find this particular site...Medic Alert Braclets

A while back there was a post about medical alert bracelets and I found the one I wanted on the website. Now I cannot find that site (hubby reformatted pc so it was deleted)!! It's <i>not</i> the laurenshop one. This bracelet is black onyx with a black heart pendant with the info on it. Anyone know of the site or another site that carries attractive bracelets? The laurenshop ones are cute if I were to want a couple different ones for a fun look, but I want one that I can wear with anything...Thanks in advance!
