HAIR QUESTION: Will it come back?

I'm 6 months post-op tomorrow and have been losing my hair for 3 months now. I am used to filling up the comb each and every day, I take Hair Skin & Nails vitamins plus Ultra Nourishair vitamins everyday, and am wondering if my hair will come back like it was pre-op. I don't have thick hair, but I used to have A LOT of hair, and would love to have a lot again! Thanks so much! (By the way, losing hair has been a very small price to pay for my 75-lb loss!)
