Has anyone needed two endoscopy to correct stoma size?

I have read where some people have needed more than one endoscopy but I just had one yesterday and they stretched my stoma from 5 to a 7 and he told me he would have to do it again in a week to go from a 7 to 9 or 20 is this normal? Part one and Part two a week later?
