I would appreciate anyones in finding a pyshiatrist for pysch. evaluation and also i need finding a pcp.I saw many in the network book but dont know who or how to choose and can u please tell me the co-pay for it is it the same as seeing the pcp $15.00? I have bcbsflppo blue choice,I would also appreciate if someone could suggest a pcp that supports weight loss surgery in orlando , florida area thank you very much in advance.
