Help! My libido is almost non-existent! Anyone have suggestions?

This is becoming a big issue, but since my surgery back in March, my libido has dwindled down to almost nothing. It is very disappointing, and I have a hard time believing that I can just pop a pill and my libido will be back. Any thoughts or suggestions?
