help reducing the hips/butt etc area?
I'm doing fine with my weight loss, at least according to the doctor and me, 50 pounds or so in almost 8 weeks and I take my measurements.. I've lost over 12 in my chest and less than 6 in my hips/butt area. I know why this happens, but when I look in the mirror I'm actually seeing it more and more and I hate it. I walk and bike for exercise right now, and do some upper body weight work, help.. how can I reduce my hips/butt and lower abdomen area? Thanks!
