Has anyone had any luck getting approval for DS with Health Net?

I am attempting to get coverage for DS Surgery with Health Net and have not been having much luck. I may have to pursue legal action but am trying to avoid it if possible. Either way it would be very helpful to know if anyone else has had any success with Health Net and DS. If you have info that is too much to post, please email me at [email protected]
