I have been approved for surgery , im scared to death about my sleep apnea ect,

I have sleep apena and im not used to my machine, i dont even try anymore i feel like im being smothered and im scared that it will complacate things, im between 400-500lbs right now and since im soo big im scared of the surgery, i hate needles , knives and the whole hospital surgery idea but i know this will give me my life, i have anxiety attacks and ... sigh.. i dont know how im going to make it. can they give me something to calm me down before surgery? i wish i didnt even have to see the operating room!! im sorry for bothering you but i know you guys know how i feel.. right??
