Has anyone had a body lift?

I am really interested in the body lift. I was wondering if anyone has had it or checked into it. I want to know how it compares in cost to the stomach tuck? I have some much lose skin at the top of my legs and the bottom of my butte and I am only 3 months out of surgery and down 69 pounds, what is it going to be like in another 6 months or a year? Please share with me what you know and also if you have any exercises that helps with the lose skin. Thanks Lori
