i am 13 months post op and am dizzy why?

this is been my 3rd day of being a little dizzy and light headed i don,t know why even when i am lying down in bed i feel dizzy and i do sleep in a water bed that could contribute to it but when i get up i have to catch my self before i can start walking it only happenssometimes thru the whole day but it is happing and i can tell that something is not right can some one shed some light on this or should i make a dr,s appt?
