Has anyone had laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Zorn or Dr. Tanaka?

I am hoping to have laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Tanaka or Dr. Zorn at Pacific Bariatrics. I am wondering about your experiences with them. I was disappointed to hear that they may look for reasons to NOT do it by scope. Any help would be appreciated.
