Can you count decaf tea made with splenda towards your water intake?

I drink so much water a day I am really getting water logged and need a change. I dont like crystal lite or kool aid. So I wanted to know if decaf tea made with slenda can count towards my water. I am a true southerner and I miss my iced tea!!
