With Aetna PPO in Texas, should I be expecting a long fight?

My current ins. WILL NOT cover WLS so I am considering a job change to one with Aetna PPO. I have seen on their web site that you must be 40+BMI and failed a 6mo. med. supervised program in the last 2 yrs. I am 5'4" 40 BMI, boarderline Diabetic with a family history of diabetes and HBP....on a supervised program now....any thoughts???
