What is this pain and why is it happening now?

I am 10 weeks post-op and I am having this pain all of a sudden. If you put your fist in between your breast and then move it down about 2 inches that is where the pain is. The first time I had it it lasted about 15 minutes and that was Monday morning at 4 am. Now it is periodically but sometimes it is breath-taking. What is going on? Please give me ANY advice!
