My stomach hurts- temporary?

I swallowed two large pills this weekend- it was vicodin. It felt like they burned my stomach, and they almost made me yack. Now when I eat, I feel it- it's kind of painful, I get nauseated, and feel everything that my pouch is doing, until it empties. Dairy products and Ibuprofen make it feel better. Think it will pass? Should I wait a week to see what happens? I am keeping food down, regular bowel movements- just a burning sensation, some nausea and irritation (pain) when going through the motions....
