Do you know of a good head doctor in S.C. that is pro WLS?

I am looking for someone in the N. Myrtle Beach area preferably, but I will travel to wherever is needed. My surgeon is located in Florence so I am slowly learning my way around that area. I want to make sure I am going to a head doctor that is pro WLS. Also, I don't want to end up shelling out alot of money for two, three and four sessions. I have to have this evaluation for insurance purposes and they do NOT pay for it. HELP ME PLEASE! Thanks... [email protected]
