Any ideas or letters I can look at for ideas?

Hello...I am actually Lori's husband and I am trying to write a good convincing letter of support for her to take to her surgeon TODAY (so I need help SOON). They require her to bring a letter of support stating the reasons they support you and the steps they will take to help you obtain your weight loss goal. Well...my mind went blank. If anyone has ideas or even a copy of a letter I can look at for ideas on how to word my letter I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
