6.5 weeks post-op RNY; I get frequent indigestion,
I am doing pretty good, but I get what feels like indigestion, not nausea or dumping because I have had that and it is a very different feeling than that. It is after a meal and seems to sits in my pouch for a couple of hours. However, I have just discovered that sipping a little bit of club soda mixed with 100% fruit juice (3-4oz sipped slowly) seemes to make it go away rather quickly and then I feel fine. Anyone experience anything like this. I know they say not to drink carbonated beverages for a while, but this seems to be the only thing that settles my stomach.
