Anyone have a check list for surgery?

I'm afraid that I'll get to the hospital and not have all the things I need for my stay. Can anyone tell me what I'll need? Maybe something you wish you would have brought after you got there? Certain clothes? Personal needs? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
