Beyond Exhaustation

I am 8 months post op and when I get home from work I am beyond exhaustation, I just cannot keep my eyes open. I hate this feeling. My body is sore and weak. Any advice. I exercise daily and drink plenty of water. I am 8 months post op. I started at 223 and I am now 124 I notice when I exercise I get light headed sometimes and things get fuzzy... hmmmmm
