Alwas had lear complexion...now I have black heads

Sorry, sounds gross. But I always have had a very clear complexion. Since surgery and more so in the last couple of months, I have noticed on my cheeks MANY black "dots" or black head pimples. It is so annoying, sure when I was younger I would get pimples at a "certain" time of the month, and every onceinawhile now I will get a "pimple" but my cheeks are full of these things and it is DRIVING ME CRAZY. I have tried EVERYTHING, from masks, to facial cleaners, to scrubs...nothing is helping! Trina
