I would like to talk to women in their 20's who have had WLS, Will I need breast implants?

I am wondering if I will want to have breast implants after I lose all the weight. Pre-op I am a 40C (not too big). I am afraid to lose it all! I have heard that the younger you are, the less fat tissue you have in your breasts and maybe the less you will lose. I am 24. Anyone have implants after surgery?
