What is wrong with me - I feel so sick anymore?

Please help - I am 7 weeks post-op, down 60 pounds and things have benn so perfect until a few days ago. I am sick feeling most all of the time, nausious, tired, and just plain sick feeling. I am having a hard time eating and drinking. I only can handle fruit and about 2 ounces or so a day. It hurts when I drink liquid. I have no idea what could be the problem - any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Melissa
