Anyone know a WLS-friendly psychiatrist in NJ or PA?

I have to go for the dreaded psych eval. My surgeon's psych group does not take my insurance and the only other one they have to reccommend does not either. I dont just want to go to a shrink who has no knowledge of weight loss surgery! Any suggestions other than calling everyone on the list?
