i have a psych evaluation coming up, about 5 years ago i tired to commit suicide,

i havnt had any trouble with my depession for a couple of years now, im even off the meds. but 5 or 6 years ago i tired to kill myself ( stupid eh? ), will that hurrt my chances to get a good report to get the surgery done?
