Why do my teeth feel as if they are coted with fur?

Since becoming Postop I have begun to notice my teeth more. Specifically the Backs of my teeth feel as if they have a coat of fur. It is true I have not been to the dentist in many years, but I brush daily, and it still does not go away. Anyone else notice this?
