Is this normal, I plateau all the time.

I'm one of the slow losers and I plateau ALL THE TIME!! I will lose 5lbs and then go INSTANTLY onto another plateau for 2-3 weeks. I get my water, protien in and I'm getting better on my exercise. This has been the way of it since my 3rd week out. So far I've lost 52lbs since Oct. 23rd so I am happy with that. But is there anything I can do to not go from one plateau right onto another one? Will I ever lose at a steadier pace?
