Has anyone here ever gone to Mexico for surgery?Dr. Rumbaut?

I got an e-mail from one of the women in outr WLS support group.She is a cash pay also and has decided on having surgery in Mexico. She will be going in February... 1. The cost is a total of $10.000 US dollas dollars including a week in hospital. 2. After visiting the Doctors Web Site and reading. He seems to do a lot of lapbanding. 3. No waiting list 4.
