Primary insurance doesn't have a waiting period but secondary does

So now what do I do? I want to set up an apt for a consult with the Winlife program in Indianapolis but my secondary insurance has a 6 month pre-excisting condition clause (like I just gained all this weight recently..)or something to that matter it was all over my head..but I do know I have to wait until June to try. Now, my primary doesn't have this clause..what is going to happen? should I even make the consult apt? won't the insurances fight over who is responsible? OMG I am so confused LOL! Thank you so much for reading my jibberish (which insurance is to me LOL!)All answers appreciated :0)
