How long until I feel normal?
I don't feel bad, but sometimes I get this "yucky" feeling which is the only way to describe it. I also get this awful taste in my mouth! I understand that is ketosis or something like that but it is horrible!! I want to brush my teeth and tongue every 10 minutes! Also, although don't drink more than water, coffe and every once ina while tea, it all tastes terrible! I know that it will go away, but when??? And although I don't step on a scale every day, I don't feel like I am losing any weight. I know I really need to up my protein intake, but how?? HElp!!!trina
