Is it safe for us to continue relations?

To wrap it up nicely, my BF and I were having "intimate relations" last night when my incision started leaking a bloody tinge thin fluid. I am confident from my previous post that it is normal as long as it isn't green, yellow, pussy, or smelly. My question now is can we continue to have "relations" or should I wait, and if so, for how long. Thanks all!
