Does anyone else have a weird feeling at their breastbone?

I am recently Post-op(10 days), and for the past couple of days as other things in my tummy start to feel better, my Breastbone has this weird feeling. It feels as though the bone is moving when I move my arms. do they have to cut the breastbone or anything when they move the ribs out of the way? Could this just possibly be because of the rib spreader? it is not really a pain, so much as it is an unnerving feeling that the bone is moving. Any help is appreciated. thanks!
