Does anyone have BC/BS o f IL PPO (BlueAdvantage-Entrepreneur)?

I have insurance through my husband's employer and they recently switched from BC/BS of IL CPO to BC/BS of IL PPO (BlueAdvantage-Entrepreneur). Has anyone used this insurance? I read the exclusions and it doesn't say anything about excluding weight loss surgery and when I call to talk to a BC/BS rep they tell me its covered as long as its medically necessary. I'm still nervous though!!! Can someone helo me???
