How much should you be eating at 9mos post op?

I am 9 months post op and have lost about 140 pounds, I recently picked up my life inChicago and moved to North Carolina. I am an emotional eatter and have tried to be really good. Lately it seems that I am able to eat alot more than I think that I should be. How much is everyone else eatting at this stage?
