I can not throw up, has anyone had this problem?

all i do is dry heave even after i have just eaten, i dont want to throw up, but sometimes i really feel that i need to. could this be a medical problem or is it something that i should not worry about? thanks kim by the way i am almost a yr out and have never been able to throw up, even if i try sticking my finger dn my throat, starting weight 267 dn to 124
