10/25/01: Do I stay with Lifeguard or move to Kaiser N.Cal

I would like to know if anyone has any good experiences with Kaiser Northern Cal? I am thinking about moving to Kaiser from Lifeguard. I have been jumping through hoops for Five plus months, no longer have the time or money.
