3 weeks and worried I'm eating too much
today I have eaten 4oz protein drink, 3/4 package of beef jerky (took 9am-1pm) and a little chicken stir fry. And it is only 1:30pm. Plus I have drank 8 oz of water. Is this too much? Am I taking a chance at stretching my pouch? This has been a very boring day and all I want to do is eat. I have lost 33 pounds already, but it's so much slower since I started eating real food...last tuesday. Can someone please give me some advice?? (by the way..my nutritionist put me on a diet that 6 week post-ops eat)
