Anyone in WV or anywhere else ever been approved by Acordia Select Net?

My surgery date is scheduled, approved, I'm all ready to go, but now a friend is interested and has Acordia. When she inquired about the wls, she was told that it would absolutely not cover the surgery. Anyone beg to differ with that? She's really wanting to have this surgery! Thanks.
