Anyone have United Healthcare and been approved for Duodenal Switch?

I have United Healthcare and I am trying to get approved for the Duodenal Switch. Do you know if they have approved the procedure in the past? It gets more complicated. My insurance will only cover morbid obesity if I stay in network and no DS surgerons are in network. I have talked to my Ins. and they are submitting an authorization for me to go out of network because they don't provide a surgeon that does the surgery that I want done. Any Advise?
