Anyone in TN-Ever heard of Dr. Tozer or Dr. Compton or Dr. Miller?

Dr. Tozer in Milan Tn - Dr. Miller in Nashville (from Fort Campbell KY) - Dr. Compton in Paris (from Knoxville). I've seen a few things about Dr. Miller. My insurance (Access...MedPlus) wants me to use Compton or Tozer because they can do me quickly & in network. Or I could wait til 11/1 & use Medicare for Dr. Miller & have laproscopy R&Y (preferable).
