Has anyone had a psych eval like this ,still waitng after 4 weeks for report,

5/31/01 Went for a Psych Eval at Kaiser Fontana Psychology clinic. This was a very demeaning, and insulting experience! My supposed psychogist paid little attention to me. She was on her Cell Phone for most of the interview! I am quite hard of hearing, I asked her to speak up, and she ignored me! She suggested that I try "E-Diet", whatever that fad diet might be. She then suggested that I wouldn't be here if "only I had a little more will power" I am surprised that part of the process for WLS at Kaiser Fontana is that you must be insulted and demeaned by a psychologist!!! Any ideas what to do next.
