Anyone have blunt back pain after eating, it dissapears when i throw up

I am two weeks out and still on liquids. My question is has anyone else had blunt back pain after trying to eat? the pain surrounds my left scapula. I am not eating a lot. The pain becomes worse until I vomit and then it goes away. Anyone else had this?
