How can I avoid getting tummy tuck after WLS?

I want this WLS to be the surgery to be my last...What can i do to avoid getting a tummy tuck after Wls? How soon can I do exercises? What are the best exercises? I have my surgery on Sept 26th... Please any information would be grateful!!!!! God bless all
