Does anybody out there work for QuadGraphics?? If so, does the policy cover WLS?

My DH starts a new job with Quadgraphics soon. Does anyone no if thier insurance policy covers WLS. I hope it does, my company denied me today - regardless of medical necesity. So, I am trying to figure out what to do next. Thanks.
