Having trouble finding a pcp..

I am looking for a pcp to give me a referral...anyone know of a good pcp willing to give referrals for wls who also is in the chicagoland area?? Even if it is a out-of-network doctor I would be willing to pay for the appointment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!! Also, is there anyone out there who's surgery was done by Dr. Salvino at Good Samaritan in Downer's Grove??
