Has anyone had any experience with HUMANA PPO?

Basically, my husband works for a company in the union. His insurance plan is 044 with Humana PPO (hourly). Anyone have experience with Humana? They only require precertification and the RNY is an approved procedure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated... Signed, Anxious :)
