Does anyone know anything about healthcare savings programs, like Care Entre'e?

I am trying to research a less expensive way to self-pay. My husband's insurance has an exclusion and I am still awaiting a decision on a rider from his company. I have read on a couple of profiles about Care Entre'e and looked at their website. The cost is really high and I want to find a less expensive method if possible. I would appreciate hearing of any experiences with healthcare savings programs. Thanks in advance for your help and support.
