could gallbladder cause diahrrea all of a sudden?

I had back cramps and then they went away then I had terrible stomach cramps and diahrrea for 3 days. Everything I eat goes right through me. Does this sound like gallbaldder trouble? It seems like the flu with no other symptoms? I have a hard time eating and I am 9 months post op? This just started a week ago, all of a sudden? Any suggestions?
