can you count decaf coffee as a full liquid??

i have been reading on here that regular coffee should only be added as 1/2 of what you drink(ie.. a 12oz cup only counts for 6 oz),.. how about decaf?? i drink a lot of decaf coffee because since losing over 100 lbs i freeze!! i drink that, water,and other non caffeinated beverages.. my urine is always almost see through by the evening.. i'd love to know. i hope someone can answer.. thanks.. jeanne in cali> lap rny 1/16/03..265/154/?? :>
