what is the next step when weigh loss surgery does not work?

I have been post op for 13 months. I lost weight for the first 31/2 months (65 lb.) and nothing since. I was walking 2 miles a day but it did not make a difference. I need to loose about 110 lb. more and need to know what I need to do. diet and exerise did not has not made a difference in my weight before surgery of after. any Ideas? anyone like me?
